Here are some safety tips from
Pavel to incorporate into your kettlebell training.
Safety is part of increased performance and preventing
injuries.

Move your hips first.

Do not slouch. Bend back,
not forward, when stretching your back.

Stay tight through the
waist.

Stay loose through your
arms.
-
Tame the arc.
-
Keep shoulders in their
sockets.
-
Do not hyperextend the
wrists.
-
Keep your elbows straight.
-
Take care of your hands.
