Kettlebell training can be used to accomplish any
fitness goal. Many choose fat loss as one of or their
main goal.
Optimal fat loss\fat burning is not attained with long slow,
boring aerobic workouts done over and over again day
after day. For greater results you must train with
greater intensity. Short, intense workout induce more
fat burning which equals more and better results. Twenty
minutes of intense work is the upper limit of time
needed to produce significant results. Variables of time
and intensity must be corroborated. In other words the
more intense the session the shorter the time period
required. Time and intensity have an inverse
relationship.
