Intensity has been defined as “extreme degree of strength, force,
energy or feeling” and as “the magnitude of a quantity
per unit.”
*EDT training takes the guess work out of training intensity.
Because the variables of time, weight and repetitions
are specifically quantified, the degree of intensity
must increase with each succeeding workout. Combining
kettlebell training with EDT will keep one on an upward
progression of training intensity. There are no formulas
to mess with or percentages to calculate. You control
the variables and take the training to the level you
desire. EDT in this sense becomes your own personal
trainer.
